Hong Kong University Graduates Association Education Foundation ("the Foundation") is committed to advancing quality education in Hong Kong and preparing young people to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and interconnected world.

Our two Direct Subsidy Scheme schools—HKUGA Primary School and HKUGA College (“the College”)—operate under a distinctive 12-year through-train model and are widely recognized for their commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and student well-being.

The College, offering both pathways of HKDSE and iAL, is an English-medium DSS secondary school dedicated to nurturing lifelong learners who embrace hard work, perseverance, and creativity. Through a caring and supportive environment, the College empowers students to become compassionate, responsible, analytical, globally minded individuals who contribute meaningfully to society.

The Foundation invites applications from distinguished education leaders for the position of Principal of the College, commencing on 1 September 2027.

The successful candidate will:

embrace and champion the vision, mission, and educational philosophy of the Foundation and the College;
demonstrate outstanding leadership with the ability to inspire, build, and empower high-performing teams;
possess recognized professional qualifications, together with a strong track record in teaching, educational leadership, and school administration;
remain abreast of developments in local and international education and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional growth;
lead the strategic and innovative integration of artificial intelligence and data-informed practices to enhance teaching, learning, and school development;
foster and further strengthen the 12-year through-train educational model in close collaboration with HKUGA Primary School;
meet the Education Bureau’s requirements for appointment as a secondary school principal.

Executive Assistant / Officer

Invitation is extended to qualified candidates to apply for the post of Executive Assistant with the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives;
Assist with content writing and editing, event management, publications, and updates for website and social media channels, as well as coordinate external liaison to implement innovative educational initiatives;
Process and manage accounting data and maintain the membership database;
Provide secretarial support for meetings, including preparing documents, writing minutes, and compiling reports;
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A recognised Bachelor’s Degree;
2 to 3 years’ relevant experience is preferred, such as in administration, communications, marketing, event and project management, or related functions;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
Proficiency in practical accounting tasks, and hands-on experience in database management;
Knowledge of common computer applications; Experience in multimedia design software and the ability to adapt to A.I. tools would be an advantage;
A mature, independent, and responsible individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, eager to learn and embrace new challenges;
A strong interest in pursuing a career in the education sector.
