We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to oversee our operation, to drive philanthropic fundraising initiatives and to enhance our networking efforts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, share our vision and possess strong communication, networking, and strategic planning skills to strengthen organisational capacity, stakeholders engagement, public profile and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Foundation’s operation
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic goals for both the Foundation and its sponsored schools
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet strategic goals
- Build and nurture a network with internal and external stakeholders - including members of the Foundation, alumni and their parents of its sponsored schools, other education organisations, collaborative partners, donors - to enhance support and foster collaboration
- Oversee branding and public image promotional initiatives across all platforms, and to enhance community visibility
- Coordinate events, publications, and communications to engage stakeholders effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organisational development and branding, customer relations, or fundraising (working experience in the education sector will be a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong project management abilities

Invitation is extended to qualified candidates to apply for the post of Executive Assistant with the following attributes:
Requirements:
- A recognized diploma or degree;
- Relevant secretarial experience, preferably in administration, publicity, and project management;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Knowledge in computer applications, with experience in design software and the capacity to adapt to A.I. tools;
- Basic knowledge of accounting and database management;
- A mature, independent individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, eager to learn and embrace new challenges;
- A willingness to engage in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives;
- Assist in event management, publications, and external liaison to implement innovative educational initiatives;
- Process and manage accounting data and the membership database;
- Provide secretarial support for meetings, prepare documents, and compile reports;
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
