Charlotte Lau, a graduate from the class of 2018, was selected as one of the Award Winners of the 2017-18 Outstanding Youth Commendation Scheme, which is jointly organised by the Home Affairs Bureau (HAB) and the Commission on Youth (CoY). With her dedication in leadership, she was also selected as the awardee of the Youth Leadership Award. The awardees were nominated by the 18 districts in the Secondary School Category.

By giving recognition to outstanding young people, the Outstanding Youth Commendation Scheme aims to encourage youths to set targets for their personal development and to actively take part in community building and social services, thus setting an example for fellow young people. After two rounds of interviews, the judging panels selected the Top 10 Outstanding Youths, as well as one awardee for the Youth Leadership Award. Congratulations Charlotte for her outstanding achievement!
