The audited accounts and the EXCO report for 2011 – 2012 were presented and approved at the 12th AGM of the Foundation.

A Dinner Talk was held afterwards with Dr. Willy Lam, adjunct professor of Chinese University of Hong Kong as our guest speaker. The speech topic was “The 18th CCP Congress and Implications for Reform”. The speech generated heated discussion in that evening.
