The Foundation held the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 10 March at Lingnan Club. The Meeting approved the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association.

A Dinner Talk was held right after the AGM. We were honoured to have Prof. Ho Sui-chu, Esther, Director of the Hong Kong Centre for Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and Professor of Department of Educational Administration and Policy, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, to give a talk on PISA and in particular the interpretation of the key findings.

The Talk and the discussion it elicited was well-received by the participants.
