The Foundation held the 12th AGM on 29th November, 2012. A Dinner Talk was held right after the AGM. We were honoured to have Dr. Willy Lam, adjunct professor of Chinese University of Hong Kong as our guest speaker. The speech topic was “The 18th CCP Congress and Implications for Reform”. The speech generated heated discussion in that evening.
