In light of the novel coronavirus pandemic, the Executive Committee held the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) by video conferencing via ZOOM on Saturday, 29 August 2020. The Meeting passed the proposed Special Resolutions regarding the amendments to the Articles of Association and the Memorandum of Association of the Foundation.
