The Foundation held the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at HKUGA Primary School. The Meeting approved the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association.

The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Foundation was held immediately after the EGM. The Meeting approved the audited accounts and the Executive Committee (EXCO) report, and elected the new EXCO for the 2012 & 2013 term (please click here to see the new EXCO name list).

A dinner discussion was held right after the AGM. Mr. S Y Choi, Chairman of the Foundation (2010 & 2011), presented the proposed draft of the Blueprint on The Way Forward, which was based on a series of meetings, forum, and workshop, which collected the opinions of Foundation Members and supporters. The participants enthusiastically shared their valuable opinions on the future development of the Foundation.

The revised draft would be submitted for endorsement by the new EXCO at its first meeting in 2012. It is hoped that the final Blueprint on the Way Forward will serve as guidelines to the EXCO in planning their work in the next two years.
