The Second Round-table Conference - "Setting up Private Universities -- direction, strategy and policies", organized by the Foundation, was held on Saturday afternoon, 27 March. The Conference was co-organized with Business & Professionals Federation of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Ideas Centre, HKUGA, Governance in Asia Research Centre of the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Policy Research Institute and The Roundtable.

After the three speakers, Prof. Cheng Kai-ming, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Chair Professor of Education, HKU, Ms. Michelle Li, Deputy Secretary for Education and Prof. C.F. Lee, Director, HKU SPACE shared their insights and opinions with the participants, our commentators, Prof. Leong Chi Yan, President of the Open University of Hong Kong and Prof. Reggie Kwan, President of the Caritas Francis Hsu College & Caritas Bianchi College of Careers made their comments. The participants eagerly exchanged their views in the discussion session.
