The fifth talk was co-organized by the Education Bureau and the Foundation. The speaker was Mr. LAU Chun-to, Kevin, Deputy Executive Chief Editor, Ming Pao. The topic was “The China as perceived by a journalist based in Beijing”.

Over 100 Liberal Studies and Humanities teachers attended the talk. Mr. Lau shared his valuable insights and first-hand experiences with the teachers. His talk was very well-received, and the participants found the talk useful in helping them understand more about modern China and about the teacher's role in nurturing independent thinking among students.
