A Green Lifestyle Local Tour "Green Living Local Tour - Eco-Park Tour O•PARK1 + EcoPark + WEEE•PARK" was organized on 11 June (Saturday) for members and their families to discover more about organic resources, waste electrical and electronic appliances and plastic recycling education facilities. Visitors showed great interest in seeing how anaerobic digestion technology converted food waste into biogas for electricity, and how technology had been advanced to turn waste electrical and electronic appliances into valuable secondary raw materials. 

The tour was well-attended by 35 participants.  Those guided tours enhanced visitors’ knowledge on waste management and waste reduction, with a view to raising awareness on relevant environmental issues among the younger generation.
